There’s about to be some serious magic at the Girlboss Rally. Get ready for impactful panels, keynotes, and new friends, as well as delicious food, Insta photo opps and more. As you get ready to jump in, keep the following info handy:

 

TAKE A LOAD OFF

There’s a coat check open all day to the right of the check in desk for General Admission or in the VIP Lounge on the lower level of Building 1.  


CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE

At check-in, you received a custom Starter Kit filled with a personalized badge, your schedule, a program/notebook (which you’re reading right now), and a writing utensil to keep you organized throughout the day. If you misplace your badge, please speak to one of our registration attendants at check-in to get a replacement. You will not have access to the Girlboss campus and programming without your badge.


GIFT BAGS 

The Girlboss gift bags are nothing short of amazing! Gift bag retrieval will take place among the two buildings of our Girlboss campus during the end-of-the-day happy hour, and after the last session concludes. GA ticket holders will claim their bags at Building 2 and VIP ticket holders will claim theirs at the coat check counter in the VIP lounge of Building 1. 
 
You have a dedicated marker on your badge that will be hole punched in order to retrieve your bag at the end of the conference. Please note that if you lose your badge, you will have to wait until all other gift bags have been given out first.  One badge = one bag.


We are expecting 600 ticket holders, 50 speakers, and 100 members from the media and our professional community in addition to the Girlboss team. In short, the rally is going to be filled with awesome people. If you need a break, head over to Building 2 around the corner on West 12th which has a café, restrooms, a Girlboss merch shop and a host of activities including our popular Bumble Boss Shots Studio and Pinterest “What If” and the Girlboss Workbook Coloring Wall.

For VIP ticket holders, you have access to a dedicated lounge where breakfast and lunch will be served and is located downstairs on the ground floor of Building 1. That said, don’t forget to visit Building 2 for the Girlboss merch shop and a host of activities including our popular Bumble Boss Shots Studio and Pinterest “What If” and the Girlboss Workbook Coloring Wall.

MOVING ABOUT


Breakfast and lunch are served from your respective lounge (Building 1 for VIPs, and Building 2 for GA)  where you will also find fresh-made juices, coffee, water, and light snacks available to keep you energized throughout the day snack. As an added bonus, a fabulous end-of-the-day happy hour will include cocktails provided by Women and Whiskies. 

Dietary restrictions sent through during registration have been accommodated in your meal, but if anything is not up to snuff, please flag down a Girlboss staffer wearing a “May I help you?” pin and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

Your lunch time is assigned based on your registration selection and is handily printed on your badge for reference. Please help your fellow attendees out and stick to your lunch time so that we can effectively make sure everyone is fed!

WHAT DID I MISS?

Popping out for a break? Decided to take a Startup Studio session? Don’t worry! You won’t have to miss a beat. We’ll be providing digital access to beautifully shot, full-length videos of every session (so keep an eye out for that email post-event). If you need to pop out of a session for any reason, we ask that you do so quietly. Upon re-entry, please take a spot at the back of the room so as to not interrupt our incredible speakers.


Restrooms are on the second floor and ground floor of Building 1 and near the entrance of Building 2. 
 

BATHROOM TALK


There are signs posted throughout the space with all the info you need to get online. Phone calls: Please head to the lobbies or lounges to take calls if you need to. Sounds: Please turn them off! We want to ensure everyone can enjoy the day without disruption.

The event will be filmed and photographed throughout the day. If you’re lucky, maybe you’ll end up on our site and social channels! Guests consent to being filmed by entering the premises.

WE’LL BE FILMING


Pop outside, we just ask that you please keep your badge with you. We ask that you please be mindful of our other attendees who are pregnant or otherwise sensitive to smoke and stand at least 20 feet away from the front door.

SMOKING


If you leave, please take your personal belongings with you. Girlboss and their partners at the Gathery are not responsible for lost, misplaced or forgotten items.

Please hit us up at rally@girlboss.com for anything non-urgent. If there’s anything you need taken care of ASAP, please direct yourself to the nearest Girlboss staffer, who’ll be rocking a “May I help you?” button or badge marked “Staff.”
